- GINSEAL Graphite packing is used in the high-temperature environment. It contains a special high temperature impregnation as well as a corrosion inhibitor. Due to the high wire, it can be used without end rings.
- Expanded graphite packing is made from permanently elastic, pure expanded graphite foils. This flexible and adaptable packing is especially suitable for applications with high pressure and high-temperature services. As a standard packing, expanded graphite packing is suitable for almost every industrial sector, especially power plants and the chemical industry.

- The braided graphite packing is a pure graphite compression packing with Inconel wire running down the center of each strand and the strands are braided into a required square cross-section.
- This packing can stand higher pressure than the pure graphite packing as it’s braided with Inconel wire which increases the friction while the gland packing is working.
It’s the best packing for high temperature and pressure control and block valves, LP steam turbine valve, condensate line valves, manually valves, power recovery valves, soot blowers, hydro pulpers, agitators and mixers, refiners, high & low-pressure feeders in power plants, refineries & petrochemical plants, pulp and paper industry, wastewater treatment, marine services, and sugar plants, etc. - Expanded graphite packing with Inconel wire can be used in valves and rotary applications, high temperature, and high-pressure conditions.

- JPS-FG20 is braided from high purity expanded graphite material
(C-content >99 %) over knitted with Inconel wire. It contains a special high temperature impregnation as well as a corrosion inhibitor. Due to the high wire content, it can be used without end rings. - The graphite gland packing is braided with graphite yarn with corrosion inhibitor and fiberglass-reinforced and Inconel wire also outside braided Inconel wire mesh again.

- SP-CB30 is a braided packing made from expanded graphite, with reinforced corners made of carbon fiber, reinforced with textile fibers. This packing solution is elastic, extrusion resistant packing for applications with high-temperature/high-pressure. Particularly appropriate for power plants and chemical applications.
- The carbon fiber corners make the gland packing three times more resistant to extrusion and also increase the pressure handling capabilities when compared to non-reinforced / general use flexible graphite packing.
- The graphite packing can be used in many demanding applications for dynamic or static. It’s particularly suitable for high temperature and high-pressure service in valves, pumps, mixers and agitators, expansion joints, etc.

The graphite gland packing is made from yarns with high purity graphite content with low modulus of elasticity and nonabrasive, non-hardening and self-lubricating. This Compression Graphite Packing work as a mechanical sealing by providing an excellent high and low temperature operating ability, The braided graphite packing can be used dry in pumps and withstand dramatic pressure and temperatures in valves, which is really suitable for general service low leak pump and valve operation.
The flexible graphite braided packing can be suitable for valve, rotating pumps, and reciprocating pumps in the marine industry, and for agitators, mixers, dryers, blowers in the environment of sludges, slurries, wastewater, air, seawater, brines, petroleum fuels, superheated steam, solvents, petroleum oils, and chemicals, etc.
